How long have you been in business?

The Modification business is relatively new. However, we have
been offering wholesale loan modification for almost 2 years. We
currently work with over 200 brokers & agents all across the country.

Is there a Fee To Get Started?

Absolutely not. If you are paying a net branch fee than chances are they
are not truly offering a quality product. I would stay away. Unless, of course, the fee is related to the cost of doing business, such as work related material, business cards, etc.

Do I have to be licensed to start my own branch?

Not necessarily, however it would help. The obvious fit, would be a Loan
Broker, Mortgage Banker, Real Estate Broker, Debt Consolidation Co,
or an Accountant

Do I have to be licensed to do a loan modification?

We prefer if you are licensed in your State.
However, there is no licensing required

Do you offer training?

Yes. We do offer training to all of our new branches

Is there a monthly minimum volume expected?

Yes. We require that you are turning in at least a minimum of 10 files
per month.

How long does it take before I get paid?

We typically pay our agents right at the time of approval. You do not have to wait for the loan mod to close like some other companies before we pay you. Pay periods range from 1 week to 4 weeks. This depends on how fast we receive approval on the file which is in the corresponding lenders hands.

Is there salary pay?

No. You will be an independent contractor and payed on a per file basis.We 1099 you for your earnings.

Can I work in any state?

Yes. We are licensed to do loan modifications in 50 states. We prefer
not to offer our services in Maryland, and Washington D.C

Do you offer an Automated File Tracking System?

Yes. We have spent thousands of dollars of technology to ensure
quick turnover times. We provide our Net branch Affiliates a complete
automated status report.

Do you handle the follow up to our customers?

No. We do not provide customer service to your clients.
